At Wellington DJ hire we have a large range of different lighting effects available for hire or to add onto any DJ package. There're many different uses for using effect lighting at your event. We have dance floor lighting. Which uses at least two intelligent lighting effects to create changing colours and patters on the dance floor that change in time to the beat of the music. We have architectural lighting also known as "up lighting". We use uplighting to light up walls, door ways, columns, archways and any other architectural features in a room. Uplighting can completely change the look and feel of a room making the space feel more warm or exciting and interesting . We have Point of interest lighting. This is very simple lighting where we apply brightness or Colour to a specific Point of interest. These can include such things as birthday or wedding cakes. Props or signs or any other Item that requires special attention. We also have atmospheric effects, this include equipment such as a smoke machine, haze machine and bubble machine. The smoke and haze machine well drastically increase the effect all of the lighting. The haze from the smoke machine allows you to see the colorful 3D effects in the air from the lighting fixtures. Mini Kinta IRC is fitted with 3 W LEDs to punch through nearly any ambient lighting or fog. Filling a room floor to ceiling with razor sharp beams, it delivers an output that surpasses those of much larger derby effects. DMX controllable, it also features exciting built-in programs. An optional IRC-6 remote is available for wireless control.

Rotosphere Q3 is an easy to use mirror ball simulator with high-power, quad-color LEDs. 3 LED zones emit up to 3 different colors simultaneously and slow rotation speed creates a romantic atmosphere. Rotosphere Q3 is easily controllable with the optional IRC-6 remote and the digital display even allows you to set a color and rotation speed without any controller. The Rotosphere Q3 is suitable for every event in black housing. Mount Rotosphere Q3 to truss with the included bracket or place it on a stand as a centerpiece.
Intimidator Spot 375Z IRC LED Moving Head
Intimidator Spot 375Z IRC is an exceptionally bright, 150 W LED moving head spot designed for large events. It features motorized zoom for short-throw or long-throw applications and dual rotating prisms split the beam for great effects and to cover a larger area. The motorized focus ensures crisp projections at almost any distance and the built-in Totem mode keeps the beams exactly where you want them. Intimidator Spot 375Z IRC includes built-in, automated and sound-activated programs or it can be controlled in DMX or Master/Slave mode. The powerCON®-compatible power input/output connections for power linking are also onboard.
SlimPAR Q12 USB
SlimPAR Q12 USB is a low-profile, high-output quad-color (RGBA) LED wash light with D-Fi USB for instant wireless connectivity. It is controllable via master/slave, DMX, standalone modes or the point-and-shoot IRC-6 remote (sold separately). It also features multiple user-configurable settings. SlimPAR Q12 USB creates natural-looking color temperatures thanks to punchy amber LEDs. Its flicker free operation makes it well-suited for video productions.
